- Meng Lu feeds Gong Chen medicine. They make up.
- An Ning and Hao Qian watch a movie at home. It’s a movie with William and Hao Qian gets jealous. She tells him he’s taken her heart.
- Xia Tian tells Ming Jun she’s leaving the movie industry to take care of family.
Testing Hao Qian
- An Ning’s mom acts cold to Hao Qian. She thinks they’re not a good match. He’s willing to give up everything for An Ning.
- An Ning’s family gives Hao Qian chores and tests him. Grandpa tells Hao Qian he’s failed the tests today but he’ll give him another chance. Hao Qian drinks.
- Hao Qian watches An Ning rest. She tells him about her sister, An Yi. An Yi committed suicide and gave her eyes to An Ning. After, An Ning was able to see memories.
- The next morning Hao Qian prepares breakfast. His dad arrives to propose a marriage for the two of them.
Trouble at the Hotel
- Hao Qian rushes off to work. There’s been an incident with a customer getting sick and it looks like it’s food poisoning.
- Hao Qian deals with the situation with his executives as the stock falls. They inspect the food and nothing is wrong. Still, no one comes to the hotel.
- Hao Qian’s dad arrives and wants to go with him to the Annual Director Meeting with him to announce Hao Qian and An Ning’s marriage.
- Gong Chen gets released from the hospital and heads to Long Teng hotel.
