Plot Synoposis:

Unexpectedly, Madman Cui dies, a diplomat spontaneously burns down, and the underwater tomb rushes out of the Haihe River.
Big piles of cases pile up one after another. Tianjin City becomes troubled and the people panic. Behind the case, Tianjin’s intricate political and commercial relations are clearly revealed, and the shocking secrets of “Nine Cows, Two Tigers and One Chicken” gradually surface.
