Plot Synoposis:
The intelligent Hua Mu Jin was born into the chaotic era of the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms. As a child, she and her younger twin sister Hua Jin Xiu were sold to the Yuan family as slaves.
They embark on their path with three other children – Yu Fei Yan, Song Ming Lei, and Yao Bi Ying. The five take a vow of friendship and promise to always take care of each other.
In order to survive their harsh reality, Hua Mu Jin is willing to throw herself into the hard labour to help out her brothers and sisters. She uses her father’s “Business Training” book and relies on her intelligence to help her siblings have a better future.
With her wisdom, Mu Jin helps the Yuan family gain power and rise to glory. She meets four men who all impact her life in a different way. There is Song Ming Lei, who she looks up to as an older brother, the innocent Yuan Fei Jue, the indiscernible Duan Yue Rong, and the love of her life, Yuan Fei Bai.
In the turbulent era, out comes a story about impulsive first love, a surprise parting, a long-lasting love, and no regrets.
