- The friend, Wei Chen, pretends to be a fan of Ye Qiu and asks Chen Guo questions. Ye Xiu finds out in the office Wei Chen has been playing Glory all these years and still plays a cleric. The employee tells Ye Xiu their mission is to kill Jun Mo Xiao.
- His employees tell him Jun Mo Xiao’s online coordinates. They log on to fight Ye Xiu. Halfway through the game, Wei Chen joins the battle. They try to finish Ye Xiu but he is not alone. Yi Fan arrives and finishes the opponents. Ye Xiu takes the weapon and leaves.
- Wei Chen and his employees come to Happy Internet cafe in suits. He wants his item back. Ye Xiu meets him. Ye Xiu tells him he’ll return the weapon if Wei Chen helps Xing Xin win a game. Wei Chen declines.
- On his way out he hears Xing Xin talk about stripping his weapon for its parts and agrees to Ye Xiu’s proposition.
The Newest Member – Wei Chen
- Wei Chen challenges Xing Xin and they compete. Wei Chen doesn’t move and watches. He uses them to his advantage and wins.
- Wei Chen joins Chen Guo and Ye Xiu. He flirts with Chen Guo.
- It’s the day of the competition. Wei Chen finds out they’re up against Lan Yu and starts to walk away.
- Shao Tian sees them. He’s excited to see his Lao Da (greeting for big brother). Wen Zhou and the team also arrive. They’re happy to see Wei Chen after so long.
- Wei Chen wants his weapon back for the competition. Ye Xiu gives him a crappy weapon instead.
- The final round of the mentor competition begins. They need five points to advance to the challenge competition. Wei Chen plays around in the game and doesn’t participate in the fighting. He finally decides to help the other innocent Xing Xin teammates.
