Plot Synoposis:
While police have no law enforcement power overseas, the task force members led by Gao Xiao Tian demonstrate outstanding wisdom, extraordinary courage, and superb skills in cooperating with overseas law enforcement agencies.
The members of the task force attack and arrest Lin Guo Xiong, the leader of Taiwanese telecommunications fraudsters who repeatedly severely harm mainland compatriots in a Southeast Asian country.
While in the United States, they persuade two key witnesses to testify against a high-level cadre corruption case who had absconded to return to China.
In South America, they clear out two local gangs that severely damage the property and lives of overseas Chinese. They work tirelessly to complete various overseas tasks and successfully safeguard the security of their country’s legal system and the interests of the people.

Wu Gang 吴刚 as Gao Xiao Tian 高笑天
The leader of an overseas task force. He is wise, responsible, and the backbone of the team. Xiao Tian is humorous, eloquent, perceptive, and open-minded. He solves many major and important cases, and it is difficult for criminals to escape once he becomes involved. He is well versed in the psychology of criminals and often drives criminals to mental breakdown.
Ke Lan 柯蓝 as Wu Sheng Nan 伍盛楠
The deputy leader and representative of the criminal police. She has great detective abilities and is an excellent and gentle mother. Sheng Nan is not afraid of hardships and dangers, enjoys challenges, is easygoing, considerate, and takes care of others.
