Plot Synopsis:
In the early 1990s, Jian Ai, an orphan, arrives to Guangzhou for work. She works various jobs, from being a restaurant worker to a tea girl in a foreign trade company.
With cleverness, kindness and a daring fighting spirit, she grows into an excellent foreign trade merchandiser and business manager.
But Jian Ai is not satisfied and wants more out of life. After many setbacks, she establishes her own foreign trade company.
She experiences many setbacks, including the financial crisis in Southeast Asia in 1998 and the financial crisis in 2008, relying on the results of China’s reform and opening up policies.
With the booming trend of China’s foreign trade, she returns to her hometown to start a business, creating a national brand, and eventually grows into the boss of a multinational group.
On the way to growth, Jian Ai experiences times of confusion, and finally achieves success in her career by virtue of her own struggle.
While finding the value of her own life, the relationship between Jian Ai and Fang Heng Zhi also goes through hardship, from the initial strong male to weak female, they slowly become the ultimate life partners.
