Plot Synoposis:
It is spring of 1949. The Songjiang City Public Security Bureau task force employs public servant Su Wen Qian, a master sniper.
His task is to uncover the assassination team of the Secrecy Bureau and fight for the uprising of the Kuomintang. Most importantly, he needs to counter the number one killer, Chi Tie Cheng, sent by the Secrecy Bureau.
Su Wen Qian was once a civil patriot active on the battlefield in the Anti-Japanese War. He was partners with Chi Tie Cheng for many years.
In the trials of life and death with the members of the task force, Su Wen Qian, who had vowed not to carry a gun, realizes that the Communist Party is China’s hope and future. He finds reason to hold a gun again and stands on the side of the people.
Determined to do whatever it takes to thwart the assassination conspiracy, the two first-rate snipers therefore launch into a game of wit, courage, and thrill.
In the end, justice finally defeats evil, Su Wen Qian takes down Chi Tie Cheng, who had always been better in the past. At last, the task force is able to smash the enemy’s assassination plot.
