Plot Synopsis:
A story about skateboarding and a boy overcoming depression.
Yang Bu Fan and his father moves to an urbanized city from their village in the south so he can have better education. Yang Bu Fan has trouble falling asleep and doesn’t do well in school. At school, he notices guys playing on their skateboards. Bu Fan tries skating and falls his first time but he was invigorated with the feeling of skateboarding. Upon heading home, he had a good night’s sleep and couldn’t wait to skateboard again.
Sadly, Bu Fan’s father thinks skateboarding is a bad idea for his son. Bu Fan continues to skateboard and Su Li Shan and Chen Xi Wen teaches him the various techniques. When he causes an accident for Chen Xi Wen, he is wracked with guilt and considers leaving his love of skateboarding. Only his friends and family can help him find the courage he needs to continue his passion.
