- Ji Ye and Yu Ran enjoy the festivities on the roof. She makes him laugh. They shake hands, she doesn’t think his hands are dirty.
- Gui Chen and Lady Shu encounter masked attackers. Gui Chen follows the Redtooth.
- The Redtooth and Gui Chen meet. Gui Chen wants revenge for Su Ma. Gui Chen fights the Redtooth, he’s no match for him.
- Yu Ran and Ji Ye arrive to the scene. The three of them work together to kill the Redtooth. Yu Ran and Ji Ye leave and Lady Shu finds Gui Chen.
- Gui Chen’s gotten revenge for Su Ma and can let go.
- Lady Shu reports to the King that Gui Chen killed a Redtooth.
- Gui Chen dreams of Su Ma. He wakes and sees Yu Ran. They chat and she asks if she or Su Ma is prettier.
