- The Li Guo official shows Bai Li Yin an illusion. He tells him Tian Qu members killed his father. You Chang Ji killed the royal advisor but it created more chaos amongst Chen Yue and Tian Qu. Tian Qu decided to kill him to remain in good faith with the king.
- It was Tian Zhan that ordered the arrest. Not much later, the king still declared all of Tian Qu as traitors.
- Tian Zhan is so anxious to find the sword to re-establish Tian Qu in good light.
- Lady Shu gets ready to leave the Xia Tang kingdom. She tells Bai Li Yin in a letter she’ll take the sword away. Lady Shu wants him to live a happy and fulfilled life. She realizes her Tian Qu ring is gone.
The end of Bai Li Yin
- Bai Li Yin kidnaps Yu Ran. He tells Gui Chen and Ji Ye to come to the mausoleum alone.
- Yu Yi signals the bell. The dust clears and reveals the sword. Dead soldiers awaken.
- Yu Yi tells the king the sword has waken. The King tells soldiers to guard the city gates and stop anyone from taking the sword out of the city.
- Bai Li Yin comes out from hiding. He’s tied up Yu Ran. Gui Chen and Ji Ye save her as Bai Li Yin tries to take the sword.
- The sword overpowers Bai Li Yin and burns him. He ejects the sword and absorbs its power. The three of them try to run away.
- He fights the three of them. Lady Su comes. Bai Li Yin attacks her and Gui Chen blocks him. The blow of the force sends Gui Chen and the sword flying.
- Gui Chen ends up holding the sword and blows the place up.
- Bai Li Yin is deeply injured. Lady Shu brings him to his father. He dies.
- General Xi and Tian Zhan arrive. General Xi finds Lady Shu and they embrace. She pushes him away as the doors close, locking her and Bai Li Yin inside to die.
- General Xi and Tian Zhan bring the three of them away. Tian Zhan takes the sword for safekeeping.
- The king arrives to the destroyed mausoleum. He’s angry the sword is missing.
