- Fang Leng brings her back home. Fang Lie comes find her and tells Fang Leng to stop bothering Xiao Qi as he likes her.
- Xiao Qi waits and they ask her to choose between them. She decides to leave with Fang Lie.
- Jiang Xue takes the pictures of Fang Leng and Xiao Qi to Shi Da. He’s furious.
- Fang Leng finds Xiao Qi. She wants to be friends and move on.
- Sister Chai asks Xiao Qi is giving up on Fang Leng. Sister Chai sees Fang Leng likes Xiao Qi and tells her not to give up.
- Fang Leng’s dad comes to the office. He wants Fang Leng to apologize to Jiang family. Fang Leng doesn’t want to mix personal with work.
- Xiao Qi heads to the office and sees Shi Da. He tells her Fang Leng will marry Jiang Xue. He wants to protect Fang Leng from getting hurt.

- Xiao Qi goes to Fang Leng’s home with a bottle of wine. She drinks and wishes him happiness and success.
- Xiao Qi wants his heart to throb for her. She pulls him onto the couch. Fang Leng leans in to kiss her when his heart starts hurting.
- Xiao Qi brings him to the hospital. The doctors find a fragment near his heart. His family tells her to leave. Xiao Qi cries and Fang Lie comforts her.
- The doctors stabilize Fang Leng. He has to make it past the night.
- Xiao Qi wants to see Fang Leng. Fang Lie helps her. Xiao Qi apologizes to Fang Leng for hurting him.
