Summary: The Chinese drama is adapted from Ye Feiran’s novel of the same name. Plot Synopsis:
Cheng Yao, an innocent girl with a dream of being a lawyer, is admitted by a top law firm, so she decides to move to a place closer to the company to work better. Unexpectedly, the landlord rents out one room as two rooms, and Cheng Yao enters a quarrel with another tenant. It turned out that that person is Qian Heng, and her boss at the law firm.
Qian Heng transfers Cheng Yao into his group on the first day and starts a devilish training. However, the purpose of the training was to drive Cheng Yao away who came in through connections. Cheng Yao doesn’t know the truth and thinks she was lucky, so she works extra hard and performs well under the training, which impresses Qian Heng.
As the two learn to get along day and night at work and life, they go from not dealing with each other to caring for each other, and gradually fall in love. After going through ups and downs, Cheng Yao grows into a qualified lawyer and enters a happy marriage with Qian Heng.
