- Xing Yun rests and thinks about food. Xia Ke buys her lunch. After they go visit He Yu. She remembers she hit him and apologizes.
- Xing Yun comes home. Her parents are worried after a night of her not coming home. They know she broke up with Chu Nan.
- Chu Nan comes to the house. She apologizes for her parents calling him over. They part on friendly terms.
- Shen Qing’s bakery gets a weird order. She thinks back to her time with her ex-husband Ling Shan before he left and goes to the address. He asks about his son.
- Mr. Lin meets Xing Yun at work. Xia Ke sees them chatting and eavesdrops and interrupts. He thinks she’s on a blind date. Mr. Lin is here on behalf of his son.
- Xing Yun and Xia Ke take her information down from the streets. He tells her he’ll be going to Shanghai for work. He tells her to work with He Yu for the project.
- Shen Qing brings Xiao Xi to meet his father. At night Xiao Xi calls Chu Nan and tells him about Ling Shan.
Xia Ke Goes Away on a Business Trip
- Xing Yun eats hot pot with her coworkers. She celebrates having a few days with him not around.
- He Yu arrives to TIG. He orders Xing Yun around and pranks her with a snake.
- Xing Yun and He Yu work on the project. Electricity stops at 9 pm and He Yu asks her for help.
- Xing Yun orders a car for Xia Ke to go look at the Shanghai skyline.
