- Xing Yun tells Chu Nan she stayed overnight at her boss’. He doesn’t care and knows nothing happened.
- The next day Chu Nan picks up Xing Yun from work. He sees Shen Qing with Mr. Li. He follows them.
- Chu Nan asks Xing Yun to marry him. He brings her home and apologizes for his rash behaviour.
- Xing Yun tries on wedding dresses with her cousin. Her cousin sends a message to Chu Nan asking him to marry Xing Yun. It gets sent to Xia Ke instead.
- Xing Yun eats in the convenience store. Xia Ke finds her and shows her the text. He asks if Chu Nan proposed and she spits on him.
- She buys him a new suit and uses up all her credit limit. He tells her about the year-end company bonus she could get.
Company Retreat
- The next day the company rides the bus to the resort. Xing Yun tells Chu Nan he needs to drive up himself. She falls asleep on Xia Ke on the drive.
- The company arrives at the resort. Shen Qing arrives and pretends to be Xia Ke’s girlfriend. They walk around the resort. Shen Qing asks Xing Yun what her role of mascot means. The employees tell her Xing Yun brings the company good luck. Xia Ke breaks the skit and tells everyone Shen Qing is his sister.
- Chu Nan arrives. Xing Yun asks Xia Ke and Chu Nan if they know each other. They deny it.
- At night they eat dinner and play Never Have I Ever. One of the girls say she’s never had a hero saves the princess moment. Xing Yun and Xia Ke drink.
- Xing Yun gets ready to rest. Her friends give her a makeover.
