- Min Min cries on the bus from the rejection. She wakes hungover and Ye Lu Ming drags her out of bed. She sulks about the rejection. Lu Ming tells Min Min he gave Fan Xing advice on her love life. He tells Fan Xing to keep the relationship a secret.
- Fan Xing meets with Yuan Song. She asks if they can keep their relationship a secret. She doesn’t want to cause trouble for coworkers, family, friends. Yuan Song gets angry and leaves.
Fan Xing and Yuan Song Act Cold
- At night Fan Xing texts Lu Ming that it didn’t go well. He’s ecstatic. Fan Xing feels regretful. She can’t fall asleep and talks to her mom about it. Her mom wants her to be happy and find a reliable other half.
- Chang Huan’s injury worsens. Cong Xiao gets jealous. She asks Fan Xing about the blind date.
- Fan Xing lectures a pregnant employee on her attendance. She finds Yuan Song but he leaves for a client site project.
- Fan Xing goes for lunch with Lu Ming. He asks her about her relationship. She tells him she’ll take a step back.
Fan Xing And Yuan Song Make Up
- Fan Xing waits outside Yuan Song’s home. He invites her up. She tells him she still likes him and they start to bicker. Yuan Song tells her he already tried to give her space in the afternoon. Fan Xing gets up to leave.
- Yuan Song tells her he’ll agree to keeping it a secret for 3 months and to treat it as a training period. She tells him she never wanted to keep it a secret. He kisses her.
- The next day at work Yuan Song grabs her hand secretly. He gives her candy and a cute note.
- Ye Lu Ming and Min Min have lunch together. They both get texts from Fan Xing and Yuan Song separately that they’ve been taken. They’re both sullen after hearing about it.
- Min Min’s friends tell Can Yang that Min Min is heartbroken. He finds out she only took his class to get closer to Yuan Song. After work he runs into his sister and tells Fan Xing about Yuan Song’s picture with his girlfriend.
