Summary: The Chinese drama is adapted from the novel of the same name by the 3rd master of the Tang family. Tang San eventually becomes the bravest and strongest soul master, protecting and guarding the world.
Plot Synoposis:
Tang San, who lost his mother since childhood, lives out his life with his alcoholic father who works as a blacksmith. He longs for maternal love, but Tang Hao was always tight-lipped about his wife.
Eventually Tang San’s double martial souls awaken and his father tells him that only by becoming the strongest in the Douluo Continent, possessing both strength in mind and heart, will he be qualified to bear the news of his mother.
Tang San does not forget his agreement with his father and heads to the Soul Master Academy to study.
He meets many others like him, including five others with different personalities and talents. Together, along with the cute Xiao Wu, they form the Seven Devils.
Tang San always keeps in mind his teacher Yu Xiao Gang’s words “there is no garbage martial arts soul, only garbage soul masters.” He perseveres in the cultivation of his martial arts, through rain or shine.
The group enthusiastically advances in the Soul Master Academy Competition, and eventually win the finals.
Together they also uncover the conspiracy of Bi Bi Dong, the first Sect of the Spirit Hall, who wished to dominate the Douluo mainland.
