Plot Synoposis:
Gu Sheng Nan is an assistant chef at the Zijing Hotel. She maintains a secret romance with restaurant chef Zhong Rui. Gu Sheng Nan devotes her entire heart and soul the romance and ultimately gets played and dumped by her boyfriend.
Gu Sheng Nan falls into a slump, frustrated by the breakup and suffers a serious career blow. She faces the danger of losing her job in the hotel where she has worked for many years.
By accident, Gu Sheng Nan scratches the car of Lu Jin, a businessman who came to buy the hotel. As a result, the two hold grudges against one another. And the hotel that was already in danger is sentenced to death by Lu Jin.
However, an accident in the kitchen makes Lu Jin, who “takes food as his heaven”, impressed by Gu Sheng Nan’s cooking skills. Gu Sheng Nan conquers Lu Jin’s heart and stomach and turns her enemy into a friend with food.
Lu Jin is constantly inspired by Gu Sheng Nan’s talent in cooking. The two go from “friends through food” to igniting a spark of love, and become better for each other.
