Plot Synoposis:
A group of Chinese foreign aid medics arrive on Zha Er Island and encounters a sudden earthquake. Everyone immediately participates in the rescue.
Chinese doctor Li Tian Cheng arrives on the island to attend the engagement party between his ex-girlfriend Kai Li and his good friend Qiao Xiang Wan. Out of professional instinct, he decisively joins the medical team and devotes himself to the rescue work.
The medical team’s obstetrics and gynecologist Zhou Yue, Li Tian Cheng, who has rich experience in foreign aid, and Liao Yu, a rational and calm surgeon, along with others, break through numerous obstacles under the severe crisis and huge cultural differences.
The team carries out operations such as medical rescue and medical science popularization.
During the crisis, the foreign aid doctors use superb medical skills and extraordinary courage to understand the locals, discover the truth about the vaccine inactivation, and successful prevent the outbreak of a terrible plague.
