- During lunch the other girls gossip about Hai Tang and her tactics to lure Yue Xuan. Hai Tang ignores them.
- In the storage room Hai Tang runs into Yue Xuan. Yue Xuan leans in close to Hai Tang and touches her lip. Mo Hua sees the two of them together and runs away.
- Xin Qiao causes Hai Tang to spill the flower dew. Manager Shang deducts the entire workshops’ salary.
- At home, Hai Tang’s spirits are low. Her mom chats about the past and their happy family.
- Mo Hua finds Hai Tang. She doesn’t get why Yue Xuan is ignoring her. She doesn’t want anyone stealing Yue Xuan away and warns Hai Tang.
- Yue Xuan finds Hai Tang. He wants to give her money to help the deducted salaries. She doesn’t accept his money.
- Yue Xuan tells Yue Ming what happens. Yue Ming thinks everyone should like Hai Tang’s character.
- Hai Tang arrives late comb Mrs. Lang’s hair. Mrs. Lang yells at Hai Tang. Yue Xuan brings Hai Tang away.
Hai Tang & Yue Xuan’s Day Out
- Yue Xuan brings Hai Tang to a flower field. He asks her what kind of man she likes. He asks if he changed and was sincere in chasing her if she’ll be with him. She says yes.
- They prepare to go home and the car breaks down. Hai Tang decides to walk home. She gets lost and encounters a wild boar. Yue Xuan steps in front of her. They stay the night and look at stars.
- The next day Hai Tang’s mom accepts Lang family’s wedding gifts. They’ve come to propose to Hai Tang.
- Hai Tang runs off to Lang manor. Mo Hua stops her and slaps her. Yue Xuan stops her.
