- Yue Xuan tries to reason with his parents. Si Nian is logical and considers doing business with Hai Tang’s new invention.
- Yue Ming tells Mrs. Lang he’s only chasing after Hai Tang so he can break up Yue Xuan and her. Yue Ming is determined to come up with a plan to stop them.
- Ah Wen fills his dad in on what happened the past two days with Hai Tang’s school.
- Mo Hua visits Yue Ming. She’s willing to do anything for love and will cooperate with Yue Ming on whatever plan he hatches.
- Hai Tang, Yue Xuan, and Fan Zhen decide to continue running the school. Hai Tang doesn’t want to give up.
- Long De Shui calls on Si Nian and Ji Zhou for money to support the troops.
- Yue Xuan confronts Mo Hua about the protests. He tells her to stop causing trouble for Hai Tang.
The Brothers Fight
- Yue Ming wants to look at the accounting books for Lang Li Chun but only Si Nian and Yue Xuan has access. Yue Ming is furious. He wants Yue Xuan to open the locked shelf. Yue Ming makes things difficult for Yue Xuan. Yue Xuan tries to reason with Yue Ming and says he’ll give him anything but Hai Tang. The brothers stand off.
- Mo Hua is in a bad mood and gets Ah Wen to bring her around town. He cheers her up by bringing her biking.
- Si Nian talks to Yue Xuan and Yue Ming. Yue Ming apologizes for his rashness. Si Nian quizzes Yue Ming on their supplies and Yue Ming fails. Si Nian tells Yue Ming to go and finish his work.
- Yue Xuan and Si Nian discuss the new product proposal. Yue Ming listens in and sees Si Nian teaching Yue Xuan and being kind, while he always gets lectured.
