- Yue Xuan and Hai Tang talk. He apologizes for creating such a mess. They brainstorm how to sell the returned perfume orders. Yue Xuan decides to find Hua Ji Li and his clients. They joke around and Hai Tang wishes him good luck.
- The next day, Yue Xuan and Ah Wen leave Kunyang. Yue Ming sends him off.
- Miao Lan comes to Lang Li Chun and fires Hai Tang. She hates Hai Tang for getting all the attention and for getting divorce papers. She wants Hai Tang to suffer.
- Yue Ming is angry Miao Lan fired Hai Tang. She knows he was the one that spread the rumour between her and Yue Xuan.
- Yue Xuan comes back. Hua Ji Li has brought over a French client to take over the first order, fixing Lang Li Chun’s capital.
- Yue Xuan finds out Hai Tang was fired. He causes a scene at the dinner table. He finds Hai Tang and they embrace. She’s happy someone has agreed to buy their perfume.
The Downfall of the Perfume Order
- Hua Ji Li and the buyers don’t show up. Si Nian thinks Yue Xuan was overconfident in the deal. Ah Wen says Hua Ji Li. Si Nian doesn’t like that Yue Xuan involved someone from the Shi family.
- Ah Wen wonders if his dad is involved. He sees Yue Ming leave his dad’s office.
- Yue Ming thinks of a solution. He wants to sell to local businesses at cost price and have them repackage and sell the perfume.
- Yue Xuan and Hai Tang discuss the perfume. She wonders if someone is plotting against them.
- The next day Yue Xuan heads to Lang Li Chun. It’s a mess and no one works. Yue Xuan wants to change the perfume to oil but Yue Ming stops him.
