- Long De Shui tells Mo Hua he’ll be taking another wife. Mo Hua is unhappy it’s Rong Rong and doesn’t agree. Rong Rong wants Hai Tang to do her makeup on the wedding day.
- There are no visible changes to Yue Ming’s face after using the cream. Mrs. Lang asks Hai Tang for an update. She thinks Hai Tang only cares about the divorce papers. Miao Lan overhears.
- Mo Hua comes find Hai Tang. Yue Xuan ignores her. Mo Hua apologizes and they make up.
- Miao Lan gives Yue Ming soup and hints that Hai Tang wants to leave Lang manor.
- Yue Xuan cuts himself. Hai Tang stops him thinking he wants to end his life. Yue Xuan only wanted to test the cream.
Wedding Preparations
- Xin Qiao reports to Shi Ji Zhou. He wants to remove Hai Tang as she’s a threat. They plan to tamper with Rong Rong’s makeup and blame it on Lang family.
- Rong Rong is allergic to cats and Long De Shui makes Mo Hua get rid of her cat.
- Mo Hua vents to Hai Tang. They leave her perfume case to chase Mo Hua’s cat. Yue Xuan comes before Xin Qiao is able to replace the powder. Xin Qiao befriends Mo Hua and gives the powder to her.
- Hai Tang helps Rong Rong with her makeup. Rong Rong humiliates Yue Ming and Qing Qing fights back, angering Mrs. Lang. Miao Lan comforts Qing Qing and helps suggest ways for Qing Qing to get back at Rong Rong.
- Yue Xuan shows his arm to Hai Tang; it’s healed after using the cream.
- Ah Quan begs Rong Rong to leave with him. She gives him his ring back.
