- Ying Zi and Song Qian yell and cry. Ying Zi says she’ll feel broken if she doesn’t go to Nan Da. Song Qian says she’ll feel broken if Ying Zi leaves her.
- Song Qian calls Wen Jie and apologizes. She misses her friend. Wen Jie doesn’t reply because she forgot her phone.
- Sheng Li tells the doctor they’ve decided on chemo.
- Fang Yuan, Wen Jie, Wei Dong, Xiao Meng have hotpot together. Wen Jie gets ready to leave to grab her phone. They run into Song Qian at the door.
- Wen Jie explains to Song Qian it’s a thank-you dinner. Wen Jie doesn’t want to lose Song Qian as a friend because of the kids. They make up.
- Sheng Li comforts Liu Jing. He says they have a long future ahead.
- Song Qian and Wen Jie go for a massage. They talk about their kids and Wen Jie tells Song Qian she needs to loosen the reins now that the kids are older.
- Ying Zi tells Wei Dong he shouldn’t live in the complex anymore. It causes Song Qian unhappiness. They’re not a family anymore. Ying Zi asks if there’s a chance they’ll get back together. If she had to choose between them, she would choose her mom.
- Wei Dong apologizes for breaking up the family. He never wanted to steal Ying Zi away from her mom. He’s sorry his move caused Ying Zi more pressure.
- The Ji family go go-karting. They head out for lunch. Liu Jing tells Yang Yang she has cancer. She said the chemo treatment has a high chance of success. He runs away.
- Yang Yang runs on the streets, crying. He comes back home with a shaved head. They cry and hug it out.
