- Wen Jie and Song Qian wonder if they should change their parenting methods.
- Wen Jie cries and apologizes for hitting and yelling at Yi Fan so many times. She asks Yi Fan to forgive her.
- Song Qian takes Ying Zi out for dinner. She tells Ying Zi they should watch a drama together. Song Qian says she’ll work to change and be a better mother. She wants Ying Zi to share more with her.
- Ying Zi tells her she wishes to go to Nan Jing’s winter camp. Song Qian wants her to pick a Beijing school first.
- Sheng Li gives Yang Yang his study notes. They talk about the Gao Kao.
- Fang Yuan gives Yi Fan an arts exam book. It’s used to this day and very reliable. She tells the kids to come out and watch TV.
- Sheng Li and Yang Yang talk online. Yang Yang doesn’t know Victor is his dad. Sheng Li makes Yang Yang food.
- Sheng Li forgets about the food and breaks the stove. He and Yang Yang video chat Liu Jing for help. Sheng Li sees the hospital bed.
- Sheng Li calls Liu Jing again. She tells him she’s in the hospital and might be sick. He rushes out to go to her.
- Sheng Li arrives to the hospital and sees Liu Jing.
