- Wen Jie tells Fang Yuan she loves him and the kids. She feels life is precious and short and wants to treasure it. They decide to drink.
- Song Qian tucks Ying Zi in. Song Qian tells her she loves her and they make up.
- Sheng Li watches Yang Yang sleep. He thanks Liu Jing for putting up with him.
- Liu Jing takes out clothes to prepare for winter. Song Qian wakes up Ying Zi. Ying Zi wants dough fritters and soy milk.
- Song Qian goes down to buy it but decides it’s not healthy and clean. They eat the breakfast she made. She’s made Ying Zi sea cucumber again and Ying Zi pukes.
- Yang Yang wakes and they eat breakfast. Liu Jing tells them she’ll be away for a few days for work. She tells them to take care of each other.
- Yi Fan and Lei Lei wake for breakfast. Wen Jie is ecstatic that Yi Fan will get around 450 on his midterms.
- The midterm results come out. Yi Fan gets 456. Lei Lei is first in the school. Ying Zi doesn’t do well and wants to be alone.
- Ying Zi heads to CNSA. Liu Jing runs into her. They watch a space film together. Ying Zi tells Liu Jing why she’s fascinated with the universe and space.
- The Fang family head to the mall. Wen Jie and Fang Yuan go shopping while Yi Fan and Lei Lei play at the arcade.
